Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC) is North America's largest movie theatre chain, operating 6,273 screens in 584 locations in 40 U.S. states. It was formed in Knoxville, Tennessee in November 1999, when then Regal Cinemas acquired several smaller chains that had gone bankrupt at the end of the megaplex building binge of the mid-1990s. The company is currently based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Billionaire investor Phillip Anschutz owns more than half of the company.

The three main theatres operated by Regal Entertainment Group are:
