We stopped one evening on our way back to our hotel from a Bristol race. My husband and I had never been to a Ruby Tuesdays! The service was suburb!! The food was excellent!! We stopped the following evening too and had the same experience!! ALL the waiters and waitresses did a superior job!!!!!!!

I travel through Natchez twice a month, and this was the first and last time I will EVER eat at this Ruby Tuesdays. The service was HORRIBLE and so was the prepared food. The only good thing I have to say is the salad bar was good, undoubtedly because nothing on it was cooked by the kitchen. When we had to cancel the appetizer after waiting 20 minutes, we were seated close enough to the kitchen, to hear not only the waitress but the manager standing right at the door, cussing and complaining. We heard the waitress cancel the order, the kitchen respond "but it's ready". Then why wasn't it already at our table?! One of the waitresses that was taking a break and seated at a table beside ours, told them to keep their voices down, that the customers could hear them. Horrible experience all the way around. I couldn't rate with less than 1 star, and that's more than it deserved.

The managers where rude the service here sucks, the just stands around on her cell phone, she evens yelled at one of the workers in front of everyone that was in there.
