This place is ridiculous. Most of the stuff is broken and run by losers. Most of the stuff in it is from Resource, a donation center. Just scour there as much as these freaks do and you can get it a lot cheaper.

About Vintage Danish Modern and Mid-Century Furniture Shops

Vintage mid-century modern furniture refers to a range of modernist pieces from the late 1940's, 1950's and 1960's. Clean lines, new materials, and a "form follows function" aesthetic informs much mid century modern furniture. Famous architects of the period designed furniture which are now considered mid century modern classics. In the last decade, this vintage mid century furniture has become increasingly sought after. One thread of Mid Century Modern design was Danish modern furniture.

Danish modern furniture is a vintage style of minimalist wood furniture designs from Denmark. Popular in the 1940s, 50s and 60s, Danish modern is part of the mid-20th century Danish design movement, and is commonly constructed of teak or walnut. Noted Danish furniture designer Finn Juhl popularized the style. His "45" arm chair finished in 1945 is thought to begin the movement of flowing organic but clean line furniture designs.
