Last Cake Standing is a Food Network Show that was originally launched as part of the Food Network Challenge in the Spring of 2009. In its original form, Last Cake Standing began its first season with six competitors, with one being eliminated at the end of each episode until only three remained. The finale pitted the three finalists against each other in a 24-hour bake-off for a $50,000 prize. Mary Maher of Cake Girls took home the prize.

Last Cake Standing was brought back in the Spring of 2011 as a standalone show featuring eight competitors vying for a $100,000 grand prize and the title of "Best Cake Artist in America." Last Cake Standing episodes typically incorporate a theme to the bake-off, such as superheroes of Las Vegas. The host is Justin Willman of Cupcake Wars, while the judges are Kerry Vincent and Keegan Gerhard from Food Network Challenge.
