St. Patrick's Day is a religious and cultural holiday celebrated each year on March 17th. Although it's traditionally associated with Ireland, St. Patrick's Day Celebrations occur all over the world. Dressing in green clothes is a common practice, as is drinking Irish beer and liquor (e.g. Guinness, Jameson, and Bailey's Irish Cream). Both dressing in green and drinking Irish spirits are often taken to the extreme.
