This St. Patrick's Day, thousands of revelers across North America will partake in one of the oldest drinking traditions of all time: the pub crawl. St. Patrick's Day pub crawls and bar crawls are happening in nearly every major city across the country. For the unfamiliar and uninitiated, a pub crawl is a drinking event in which a group of people migrate between multiple bars, often changing the venue after they've finished one drink (in the case of St. Patty's, typically an Irish Car Bomb or a pint of green beer). Most pub crawls charge a small fee to partake, but offer drink specials at each bar.
