Mr, Ryan's predecessor, Mr. Frank Delane, did my father's taxes for most of the 15 years that my folks lived in Union, NJ. When Mr. Ryan bought Mr. Delane's business, my father went to him. My father passed away in 2010. For the past 8 WEEKS I have been trying to get a simple answer from Mr. Ryan regarding filing the final return for my dad's estate. He does not return emails or phone calls. His behavior is very unprofessional and I cannot recommend his services to anyone at all. Mr. Delane must be turning in his grave at the way this man is handling his old customers.

Do yourself a BIG favor and stay far away from Mr. Richardson. He is a nasty individual and what is worse is he made several huge mistakes on our returns and caused us a lot of problems, headaches and money. Anyone is better than this moron! You would do a better job yourself. Trust me.
