Don't waste your time here. This place is nothing like it used to be and I refuse to give the owner, Nick, another dime of my money. When this location first opened up however many months ago in 2011, I was very impressed with it. It was unlike any other tobacco/smoke shop because not only do they have the roll your own cigarette machines, but they also have the carton making machines. Prices were great. Customer service was excellent. All of the employees were genuinely friendly and would always greet my daughter and I with a smile and ask how we were doing. I went to this smoke shop regularly from the time it opened up until a few days ago. Nick, who is the owner, apparently has some issues with some of the items he sells. A friend of mine asked me to stop in and buy her an oil burner and from that day on Nick has turned into a complete ass. He is rude to both my daughter and I and won't even look at us half of the time. We have come to feel very unwelcome there, but figured we are there for the cigarettes not to make friends. If you have a problem with the items that are sold in a SMOKE SHOP then maybe you should find a different business to go into there buddy! Nick is very inappropriate with all of his female customers..everyone is babe, baby, sweetheart, sugar, gorgeous, etc..Maybe some of his female customers enjoy that, but both my daughter and I find it repulsive. Nick has also started charging customers a .50 fee for all credit card purchases under 25.00 which he insists he is allowed to do. If he actually did any research or read the merchant agreements he will find that he can offer a discount to cash paying customers but he cannot impose his fees as a merchant onto his paying customers. Nick has also hired a couple of young girls that he must've hired strictly because he needed some eye candy for himself in the store. Hopefully now these new employees of however many weeks have learned how to work the cash register and actually ring people up. Nick and the other guys there are always too busy flirting with, drooling over, and following around the girls like little puppy dogs that they can't take care of their customers like any business should..you know like greeting them, acknowledging them..maybe some eye contact..you know..all the hard stuff. The last time I went here to buy some of the roll your own cigarettes, I arrived at 7:35, and Nick informed me that he would not sell them to me because they close at 8 and had already cleaned the machines. If you are open till 8 then you need to offer all of your products until that time and then clean the machines afterwards. Or change your closing time to 7:30. How hard is it really to have had to reclean the machine that I would have used once. Nick's customer service has gone so down hill over the past few weeks, and being that he's the one that takes customers orders and their money, he should probably quit being such an ass to people that are buying the products he sells if he wants them to keep coming back. Your store is known for your roll your own cigarettes so if you're going to close the machines down 30 minutes before closing, you may as well lock the doors because all you're doing is pissing people off and losing customers. Nick, you are a pathetic excuse of a business owner and really need to learn some people skills. I don't come to your store to be judged by you for whatever I choose to buy which is just money in your pocket. If you can't handle selling an oil burner without it turning you into a complete dick, you are in the wrong business sir.

About Tobacco Shops

Tobacco shops sell tobacco and related goods, such as smoking pipes, cigarettes, cigars, hookah, rolling papers, rolling machines, smokeless tobacco and more. Some may also services, such as a "roll-your-own," a popular way for consumers to create their own cigarettes while circumventing the exorbitant taxes on pre-rolled ones. Keep in mind that many tobacco shops have a minimum age requirement (typically 18 - it depends on state laws), so you may want to leave the kids at home before visiting one.
